These are instructions for setting up and logging in to Hopp. Create account using Apple ID, Google account or phone number.

Social login is now an option (Apple ID, Google account) Link accounts together to merge trip history and user data with different accounts.

There are several different zones on the map for no-parking, slow, discount and more.

The wallet is where payment methods such as cards and company accounts are managed.

See your ride history, ride details and receipts in the app. Download receipts / invoices / bills as PDF files or share directly.

A user account can be deleted directly in the Hopp app.

A temporary hold holding fee may be placed on your card. This isn't a charge, and the amount is released immediately after the ride ends.

Prices for Hopping vary based on country, currency, and vehicle type.

Check your bank statement and verify if the charges are pre-auth holds or faulty charges.

Hopp doesn't sell single used scooters, but you can enquire about opening a Hopp scooter franchise.
