Accounts with unpaid debt can't be deleted without paying the debt first.
Open the menu in the Hopp app and go to settings.
Press the Edit button on the top right of the screen.
At the bottom of the page is a section labeled Danger Zone. Press the Request account deletion button there.
A prompt shows how account deletion is conducted. All personal data will be deleted after 14 calendar days. After account deletion, no data can be recovered.
Press the red button to delete the account.
If a login event occurs to the user account in the 14 days that follow, the account deletion timer is canceled and deletion will have to be requested again to continue
