How do I purchase a Hopp Pass?
Open the Hopp app and tap the circle in the top-right corner.
Select “% Hopp Passes.”
Choose the pass that suits you best. Please note that the available pass types may vary depending on your location.
Read the terms and conditions of the pass, then tap Buy.
Complete the payment process by selecting Buy Now.
Remember to select your Hopp Pass as the payment method before starting your ride. The Hopp Pass will automatically be set as your default payment method for future rentals. However, if you choose a different payment method in the meantime, you will need to manually select the Hopp Pass again the next time you rent a vehicle. On the ride start screen, the pass can be selected as the payment method above the "Start Ride" button. Double-check that the pass is selected to avoid being charged to your bank card.
How do I use a Hopp Pass?
Once you purchase a Hopp Pass, it is automatically set as your payment method. If a different payment method was used on a previous trip, you will manually have to select the Hopp Pass again as the payment method.

How do I see the remaining balance/minutes on my Hopp pass?
You can check your remaining Hopp Pass balance or minutes by opening the Hopp app and navigating to Wallets. Your remaining balance or minutes will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Please note that reserved and paused minutes are deducted from your pass balance at a 1:1 rate.
You can also view your pass expiration date in the Wallets section.
Is there an unlock fee when using a Hopp Pass?
No, the unlock fee is waived when you use a Hopp pass
Can I use the Hopp pass for a group ride?
Your Hopp pass will only be applied to the first vehicle rented in a group ride. Any additional rentals will be charged to the primary payment method.
Do I need to add a credit card to use a Hopp Pass?
Yes, you must have a credit card added to your user profile before you can use a Hopp Pass. Even with a pass, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your payment card, which is released after the ride.
