The notification center is where you'll find all messages from Hopp in one place. Every push notification and announcement we send you is saved there, so you can read it again later, even if you dismissed it on your phone.
Where to find it
Open the Hopp app.
Tap the menu button (☰) in the top right corner of the map.
Select Notifications.
What you'll see
Your notifications are listed with the newest at the top, grouped by date. Each one shows the title, the time it was sent and a short preview of the message.
What kind of notifications are there?
Updates about your account and rides – for example if your reservation has run out or if your driving licence couldn't be verified.
Announcements and offers – such as new Hopp Passes, discounts and special parking zones.
Local information – for example changes to parking or the operating zone during events and festivals.
To make sure you don't miss anything important, keep notifications enabled for the Hopp app in your phone's settings. If you turn them off, you'll still find all messages in the notification center.
