On the screen where a booking is confirmed, you see a button labeled "Price info ⓘ".
Pressing that button displays a breakdown of the fees and how they are calculated.
The fees vary by type of car/ride:
Standard –Suitable for everyday rides
Economy – A more affordable option, typically around 20% cheaper than Standard
Extra Large – Vehicles for 6 or more passengers, ideal for groups
Premium – Newer, high-quality vehicles for a more comfortable experience
Electric – 100% electric vehicles for eco-friendly travel
Child Seat (3–9 years) – Includes a child seat for families traveling with a young child
Karaoke Fleet – Premium vehicles equipped with karaoke for a fun ride
Additional fees
Night-time pricing
All taxi fees are 25% higher between 20:00 and 08:00 (8:00 PM–8:00 AM).
Cancellation fee
If you cancel your ride more than 2 minutes after being matched with a driver, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Waiting fee
Your driver will wait for up to 2 minutes at the pickup location free of charge. After 2 minutes, a waiting fee will be charged for each additional minute.
