Reserving a car
To reserve a car before unlocking it you must find it on the map in the Hopp app and press the Reserve button.
This triggers a 30-minute countdown timer, and the customer pays for each reserved minute.
It costs the same for all types of cars.
Unlocking a reserved car
To unlock a car after you have reserved it, you only need to press the Scan to unlock button. That opens up the QR code scanner which you use to scan the QR code located on the driver-side door of the car.
Now the car is unlocked, and you are ready to drive.
Cancel a reservation
To cancel a reservation you press the Cancel button on the screen.
