Locking/unlocking the car
The App is used to lock and unlock the car. When the ride is started, the doors will unlock, and when the ride is ended, they are locked.
Putting a car on pause will lock the doors mid-ride. Unpausing, the car unlocks the doors again.
Unable to lock
If you are unable to lock the doors on the car, check and make sure all of the doors are locked (front seat doors, back seat doors, and the trunk).
If all doors are locked and no one is inside the car, check if the cellular signal is strong.
If you are in a parking garage, please drive the car to a different parking spot. Parking in parking garages is forbidden.
Starting the car
To start the car once you are inside, press the Start button on the dashboard on the right side of the steering wheel.
Turning the car off
If you can’t turn the car off with the start button, make sure it’s in P and press the brake. You may also try without pressing the brake.
The car models sometimes look like they are still on after pressing the off button. Just exit the car, close the door, and then end/pause the ride.
