You can rent multiple vehicles at the same time using our Group Rides feature. This allows you to start rides for friends and manage all vehicles from a single Hopp account and phone.
Please note that the person who starts the Group Ride is responsible for all vehicles included in the ride, including any associated charges.
Maximum number of vehicles in a group ride is 4.
Start a group ride
To start a group ride, you must first rent a scooter. (vehicle).
After you have rented a vehicle you press the "Add another" button on the screen. This allows you to scan the QR code on another vehicle to start the group ride. All vehicles in the group ride will be managed under the same account.
Pausing group rides
You can individually pause and unpause vehicles in a group ride by pressing the three-dots button on the ride:

Individually end rides
By pressing the three-dots button and then pressing the Red square you can end any individual vehicle ride of the group ride.
End all rides
Pressing the End all button on the bottom of the screen ends all concurrent rides at the same time.
Make sure all vehicles have been stopped before ending all rides .
