How to get assistance with issues?

Hopp Taxis is a relatively new service and so a few minor issues might happen every now and then. We are committed to solving any issue as quickly as possible.

If there was an issue with your ride, you can contact our Support Center through the Hopp App under HelpChat with support.


Can we select multiple drop-off locations and pay separately?

Unfortunately, that isn't currently possible.

You can only select one drop-off location for you and the other passengers in your car.

We have plans to add the ability to have multiple stops and will be adding it as soon as possible.


Do I get notifications about my ride?

Yes, you will be informed about the status of your as it goes along. Updates are displayed in the app, and important info is sent as notifications.

Make sure to have Notifications turned on for the Hopp app.


Worried you won't be seen? are you in a hard-to-find spot?

You can text or call your driver to give specific pickup instructions.


How many people can be together in a car?

When you book a car, you have the entire car for yourself.

The number of passengers in the vehicle is based on the type of car you are hiring.

You can always see how many seats are available on the confirmation screen in the app.


How do I report a software problem?

With the service being this new, there are bound to be a few software bugs. It would help us greatly if you could let us know about any bugs you encounter in the app.
