You can only end your ride within the designated service area. If you drive outside the service area, you may pause your ride, but you cannot end it there. The maximum pause time is 5 hours.
There are also several designated parking islands outside the main operating zone in Reykjavík where ending a ride is permitted. These areas are marked as blue zones in the app.
Some of these islands are shown with a dashed border. Ending a ride in these locations may incur a drop-off fee. You can tap on the zone in the app to see whether a fee applies and how much it is.
Before ending your ride, please make sure the vehicle is parked in a valid service area or designated island zone. If a ride is ended outside an approved area, a penalty fee may be charged in accordance with our Terms of Service.
