Once you’ve been matched with a driver, you can contact them directly through the Hopp app.
The app allows you and your driver to send text messages or make a call while you’re waiting for pickup.
Please note that this feature is only available after you’ve been matched with a driver.
Your driver may also contact you if they need help finding your pickup location or to let you know about any delays.
